Our wedding planning services include everything you need to make your special day unforgettable. We start by researching venues and creating a concept theme, and then we help you with document arrangements and budget management. We'll also book and meet with vendors for event management, and provide proposals for rentals and special installations such as lights, letters, photobooths, and fireworks.
We'll handle all aspects of your wedding, including R.S.V.P. services, photographers and videographers suggestions, and hair and makeup proposals. We'll also coordinate your rehearsal ceremony and dinner, and provide unlimited contact via email or phone from the moment you contract our services to the day of your event.
On the day of your event, our wedding planner will oversee the coordination of the rehearsal ceremony and confirm all decor set up, including florals, linens, equipment rentals, and lighting. We'll provide you with a detailed timeline for the day and confirm all vendors two weeks prior to the event, as well as again one week prior to the event. We'll also follow up with you after the event, and assist with table seating chart.
